At Sanjeevani Cold Pressed Oils, we want your oils to reach you safely, securely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or non-working days may be processed on the next business day. During sales, festive seasons or unusually high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather, holidays, transportation disruption and destination accessibility.

Shipping Coverage

We aim to deliver Sanjeevani products across serviceable pin codes in India. Availability will depend on our courier partners.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed. Sanjeevani may occasionally offer free shipping, minimum-order free delivery or promotional shipping offers. Conditions for such offers may change periodically.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp or email. Tracking availability depends on the courier partner.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please verify your house/flat number, building name, street, landmark, pin code and mobile number. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Shipment

Oil bottles and containers are packed carefully for transportation. If your parcel arrives leaking, broken, severely damaged or with the wrong product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photographs and/or an unboxing video wherever reasonably possible. Our team will review the issue and assist according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Delayed Delivery

Occasionally shipments may be delayed because of situations outside our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, local restrictions, natural events, transportation disruption or festive season demand. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in tracking delayed orders.
